All orders above $199 will be shipped via air mail free of charge. Insured courier shipping requires additional payment.

 

The Shipping Process:

1. Upon placing an order with Jaffa Gold, you will be e-mailed a confirmation of your order.

2. You will receive a further e-mail notifying you when the order has been shipped.

3. Jaffa Gold currently ships items from Sunday through Friday via Express Air Mail.

4. To allow the proper process of the order, shipment of items typically takes two to three days after receipt of request.

5. Shipments within the US generally arrive after approximately 7-14 days, whereas shipments to the EU arrive after approximately 5-10 days.  

6. Please note: Before accepting and signing for any package, it is advisable to check that the contents have not been tampered with or damaged. 

 

30-Day Returns

 

Jaffa Gold is committed to your complete satisfaction. Our 30-day return policy allows you ample time to be certain that you have selected the correct item.

 

Any item that has not been custom engraved or resized may be returned to Jaffa Gold, in the state that it was received and in its original package, within 30 days of its shipment date. You will be fully reimbursed (not including shipping costs) with no questions asked.

 

How the Return is Performed

Upon receiving the returned item, our Quality Control Team will analyze it for any indications of wear, engraving, resizing or damage. Depending on the outcome, the return will either be rejected or accepted. Any return that does not include a return materials authorization from Jaffa Gold or that are not packaged or insured appropriately will not be accepted.

 

To ensure that your item is returned to us properly, please adhere to the following procedures:

1. Contact us by e-mail at service@jaffagold.com to receive a returned materials authorization code that will need to be written on a piece of paper.

2. Enclose the paper with the code inside the box containing the item to be returned.

3. Make sure that any return is sent in its original package and accompanied by any supplemental materials. If a diamond certificate was originally sent along with the item and the certificate does not accompany the return, you may be required to pay a replacement fee. To prevent theft of your return during transit, do not write Jaffa Gold, or any indication of the content, on the exterior part of the package.

4.  Make sure you have insured your return. Please adhere to the following instructions according to the price of the item as listed on your proof of purchase:

  • Less than $500: The return may be shipped via any delivery service. Fully insure the item and request a confirmation receipt that we received your return.*
  • More than $500: The item must be shipped via US Postal Service Registered Mail. Fully insure the item and request a confirmation receipt that we received your return. Please note: FedEx® and UPS® will not insure packages carrying items with a value over $500.
